Yesterday, the Chief Minister of Bihar, Nitish Kumar conducted a meeting with the Science and Department Officials where he reviewed all the schemes of Science and Technology in the state that falls under the Saat Nischay Part 2 programme.
After reviewing all the schemes, the Chief Minister of the state asked the department officials to set up a Centre of Excellence in each Government Owned Polytechnic in the state.
In addition to setting up the Centre of Excellence, the Chief Minister also asked the officials to teach the latest technologies that are being used in the country and the world to the students of polytechnic and engineering colleges.
The teachers of these colleges must be aware of the new technologies that are being used in the industries so that they can better teach the students about the same.
Apart from the new technology, the state CM has also asked the officials to provide the students of polytechnics to get training in communication skill and etiquettes that in turn will help them to secure a better placement.
For the same, the state CM has asked the labour department to set up at least one Mega Skill Centre in each district where students get training in communication skill and etiquettes.
