Tips before you start any Bihar property paperwork

- Ensure all Aadhaar cards are linked to active Indian mobile numbers for OTP.
- Carry both originals and at least 2 photocopies of every document.
- Keep a scanned PDF (under 2 MB each) for online uploads on Parimarjan.
- For NRI: get Power of Attorney attested at the nearest Indian Embassy / Consulate before posting it to India.
