Poster on Private Buildings Requires Permission from Both Candidate and Landlord

Now you have to take permission from both Candidate and Landlord to affix a political poster on Private Building. As we know, the date of Lok Sabha Elections in India is made public so the code of conduct is now active. Election commission has now announced that if anyone wants to affix a political post anywhere they have to take permission from both the political party and the owner of the place where one wants to affix a poster.

EC says Person who didn’t follow this rule actually violate the code of conduct and proper legal action will be taken against him/her. In this regard, District Electoral Officer cum District Magistrate Kumar Ravi has appealed to Patna residents not to violate the code of conduct.
