The Door to Door or House to House survey of global pandemic COVID-19 starts in Muzaffarpur as well as in all the 38 districts of Bihar. As of April 19, there are a total of 3614334 houses surveyed in the State.

Talking about Muzaffarpur, till on the same date mentioned above, a total of 32422 houses were surveyed in which 166809 house members were present. Out of these number of house members, only 4 of them were found not traveled outside the State and having symptoms of fever with cough and shortage of breathing. However, not a single member from the above number are returned from the foreign country and other states and showing symptoms of fever, cough, and shortage of breathing. Hence, for now, out of these total number of houses surveyed in Muzaffarpur, Only 4 people have shown symptoms of fever, cough, and shortage of breathing.
Now, In addition to these 166809 house members 26 members were already given their sample. Hence, the total number of people in Muzaffarpur, until now surveyed for fever, cough, and shortage of breathing equals 166809 + 26 i.e. 166835. Also, do note that In between April 16 to 19 the above survey has been conducted. Hence the above data validates only for the given period.
Now, Talking about the state in whole, as I said above, a total number of 3614334 houses has been surveyed till April 19. And, In these numbers of houses, a total of 19712737 peoples were present, and 1335 peoples were showing symptoms of Fever, Cough, and Shortage of Breathing.
The Principal Chief Secretary of Bihar Health Department, Sanjay Kumar has shared the above data from his official Twitter handle and urges people to cooperate with the health workers visiting houses to conduct the survey.
