Yesterday, The Central Ministry announced the lockdown extension in containment zones till June 30, so many of our readers asked about the number of containment zones in Muzaffarpur.
Well, as most of you already know, Due to continuously getting positive case reports from SKMCH area of Ahiyapur, Muzaffarpur, the city DM has put that area in the Containment Zone. Now, Yesterday, the City DM has reportedly marked an another area to put it in the containment zone. The area is Rasulpur Sayed Salem that belongs in the Mushahri Block of Muzaffarpur. Officials have now sealed the 500 meters of this area and ordered the police personnel to monitor the same area 24 by 7 and amid all this no one is allowed to in and out there.
So, now Muzaffarpur have a total of Two containment zones. Therefore, In these areas, the Lockdown to remain exist till June 30.

Now, Talking about the COVID-19 statistics in the city at the time of writing this article, A total of 30 active cases are present. Till now, 30 infected patients are recovered in the city.
