To download your electricity bill payment receipt from NBPDCL website, first visit this link.
Once you go to this link, a page opens that ask you to feed your Consumer No. and Captcha Code.
Feed these two things at the appropriate places. Then, Click on the submit button.
Once you click on the submit button, the portal fetches you bill payment receipt down below.
Note: You won’t find all your electricity bill payment receipt here. In fact in some cases you won’t find a single one.
To get the bill payment receipt one should have to visit NBPDCL office and shown them the transaction receipt available in PayTm or Google Pay.
I even talk with Google Pay Customer Care to know, How I can get my electricity bill payment receipt. And they tell me they won’t provide the bill receipt and one should get it from the company who giving them the electricity facility.
