Muzaffarpur DM today has inspected Wholesale and Retail Shops at Gola Road

In a bid to find out whether there is any scarcity of essential food grain in the city, Today Muzaffarpur District Magistrate Dr. Chandrashekhar Singh has inspected the Wholesale and retail shops located at Gola Road.

In a tweet shared by District Administration Muzaffarpur, it is assured that there is enough supply of essential food grain in the city, and we don’t have to create panic.

While inspecting where the city has enough essential food gain, the District Magistrate has told, People who are black marketing these items wouldn’t be spared, and strict actions will be taken against them.

During the inspection, Muzaffarpur SSP, Mr. Jayant Kant, was also present with Dr. Chandra Shekhar Singh.

While there is enough supply of essential food grain, the district DM also urges people not to hoard these essential items.

Last Tuesday, When PM Modi announces the complete lockdown of the country till April 14, People start hoarding essential items from the retail shops in their neighborhood. While PM Modi announces the complete lockdown, some essential services like Medicine shops, Kirana Shops, ATMs, Banks, etc. will remain open. Hence, there is no need to create panic and start hoarding essential items. People should stop hoarding essential items because it breaks the demand and supply chain.
