After Central Ministry announced Unlock-1 in select areas, most of us eager to know When are schools going to be open in the state. Earlier, we heard some reports saying the schools are going to be open starting July giving proper guidelines to both the school officials and parents to follow. These guidelines include sanitization of school campuses, adequate arrangement of drinking water and hand wash, hygienic toilets with cleaning at regular interval, six feet distance between students, screening at the campus gate, masks, and schools should be run in two shifts. The State Government right now is waiting for the response from the Ministry of Human Resource Development regarding opening of schools. Last week HRD Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal has done a video conferencing with the state officials discussing about the same and that time also nothing was final.
