Yesterday, a cabinet meeting was chaired by the state Chief Minister Nitish Kumar where several productive decisions were taken regarding promotion of Industries in the state.
Out of all the decisions made yesterday, the first and the most productive decision was permitting Magadh Sugar and Energy Limited which is in Sidhwalia, Gopalganj to setup the first Ethanol Production Unit in the state that will produce 75 kiloliter of Ethanol per day. The state cabinet permitted the company to invest Rs. 133.25 crore of their own to setup the production unit and for the same the state government will reimburse them with all the benefits mentioned in Bihar Ethanol Production Promotion Policy 2021.
Initially the company will produce 75 kiloliter of Ethanol per day but the production unit will be made in such a way to produce at most 100 kiloliter of Ethanol per day.
Vishnu Bakers in Gaya got clearance for making Potato Chips
In yesterday’s cabinet meeting, the state government has given Vishnu Bakers in Gaya to make Potato Chips (3000 TPA) and TakaTak and others (3900+9000 TPA). Here TPA means Tons Per Annum. In addition to that, the cabinet has permitted the company to setup a production unit on their own whose worth is Rs. 38.26 crore to produce 3900 tons of Traditional Namkeen per annum.
Baba Agro Food Limited in Aurangabad got clearance to setup Rice Mill
The state cabinet has also given Baba Agro Food Limited located in Aurangabad to setup a Rice Mill Unit of worth Rs. 45.39 crore to produce 20 Megatons of Rice per hour.
So, these are the decisions that were made in the yesterday’s state cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar regarding the promotion of Industries in the state.
