The recruitment process of around 1.25 lakh teachers in Bihar was in dilemma as some times earlier the Blind Child association filled an affidavit in the Patna High court asking to provide 4% reservation to the Physically Disabled Candidates in the recruitment process.

Today, the Bihar State Government has accepted the terms of Blind Child association and has filled an affidavit in Patna High Court accepting to provide 4% reservation to Physically disabled candidates in the upcoming teacher recruitment process.

Those of you who don’t know, when the state government announced to recruit 1.25 lakh teachers for Class 1 to 12th, the Blind Child Association filled an affidavit in the Patna Court against the recruitment process saying they asked the government to provide 4% reservation to the Physically Disabled Candidates in the recruitment process but, Bihar government refused to do that. While till the matter was in court as there isn’t anything settled in between the state government and the association, the court put the recruitment process in hold.

Now, as the state government has agreed with the demands of the respected association, the court has stepped back to hold on the recruitment process. Now anytime, the state government is going to start the recruitment again.
