Under the Mukhyamantri Nal Jal Yojana, water tanks will soon be built at 19 places in the municipal corporation area of ​​the district.

In this regard, the Municipal Commissioner of the city Vivek Ranjan Maitreya has written a letter to the District Magistrate of the city.

In this letter, the Municipal Commissioner of the city has urged the District Magistrate to provide him land for the construction of water tanks in different municipal areas of the city.

The Municipal Commissioner has also said that most of the land we need belongs to the Bihar Education Department, Road Construction Department, and Zilla Parishad. To construct water tanks in these lands the Municipal Commissioner has urged the District Magistrate to provide him NOC.

Now as soon as the District Magistrate will provide NOC to the Municipal Commissioner, the construction process will start.

19 Places where the Tanks are to be Built

At two places in Ward 1: First in Nathuni Bhagat High School campus and second in Valmiki Colony Path Nirman Complex.

In Ward 2 also at two places: First in Chandni Chowk and Second in Deoria Road opposite Panchdev Mandir.

At one place in Ward 5: West of the Customs Commissioner’s Office

In Ward 6 at two places: First near Noori Masjid Darji Tola and second in Hazrat Ali Lane.

In Ward 7 also at two places: First in Hanuman Mandir complex near Railway Gumti and second at the east end of Anandpuri.

In Ward 15 also at two places: First in Sun Temple Community Hall and second north of Lakdhai Chowk Dam.

In Ward 16 also at two places: one near the house of Chandraprakash Rana of Balughat and the other near Lakridhai Chowk.

At one place in Ward 22: In Bharat Mata Mandir Campus.

Also at one place in Ward 44: In the fire fighting office premises at Banaras Bank Chowk.

In Ward 42 at two places: First in Malighat next to Purani Naka, second in Teenkothia.

At one place in Ward 46: Khadi Bhandar in Gaushala premises.

Also at one place in Ward 49: Arya Samaj Bhavan in Bela.
