India's Largest Waiting Hall going to open at Patna Junction

India’s Largest Waiting Hall is all set to open at Patna Junction. The construction is almost near and from today officials start putting chairs in the hall. On September 1, 2019Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad going to inaugurate this 550 passenger capacity waiting room. Both the reserved and unreserved passengers of long-distance trains can sit inside this waiting room. The maintenance responsibility of this waiting hall is assigned to a private company. If you visit Patna Junction, you can locate this waiting hall the same place where Unreserved Ticket counter was present earlier.

Along with India’s Largest Waiting Hall, Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad also going to inaugurate Food Plaza, Train Indication Board, Escalator, LED Advertising Board, and Unreserved Boarding pass. All of these facilities start at Patna Junction from September 1, 2019.

OYO Rooms are also going to open the booking facility via OYO counters at Patna Junction, Danapur, Pataliputra, and Rajendra Nagar Terminal. OYO rooms booking facility at Patna Junction also going to start the same day i.e., on September 1, 2019. Once a passenger book an OYO room, the company personnel inform him about two things. The first one is the distance of the room from the station whereas the second one is the fare charge of the vehicle.
