This Monday, Prime Minister Modi had a meeting with the Chief Minister of different states and on Tuesday, Prime Minister Modi indicated about the Fourth Phase of Lockdown. We all know that the third phase of nation wide lockdown is going to be complete on April 17. Now, reports are coming that the Chief Minister of Bihar has suggested the Prime Minister to extend the lockdown till May 31st as a huge movement of migrants to Bihar from across the country.
Here is What the Chief Minister of Bihar has reportedly suggested the Prime Minister about Lockdown 4.0?
The Chief Minister of Bihar has also suggested to remain close Schools, Colleges, Cinema Halls, Interstate Trains, Buses, Gyms, Restaurants, Coaching, and Religious institutes in the same period. Only the containment zones should be declared as Red Zones and the District Administration should have the power to declare the entire district as a Red Zone. Also suggested, Activities in the Green and Orange Zone should be started.
The State Government should have the power to waive night curfew (from 7 PM to 7 AM). Also, the operation of inter-district vehicles can be relaxed so that economic activities can be started in areas where cases are low.
Bihar Crossed 1100 Corona Patients Mark
Today, with 39 new COVID-19 cases in the state, Bihar has crossed 1100 COVID-19 cases in the state so far. At the time of writing this article, till now, In Bihar, 7 people have died due to COVID-19 infection. However, if we compare Bihar with other states, here the rate of recovery is quite high. So, far, 453 COVID-19 patients in Bihar have been recovered.
