So Far, In Muzaffarpur, Corona has knocked in 10 Blocks. At the time of writing this article, Muzaffarpur has reported 30 cases of positive COVID-19 cases merely in 10 days. Although all these 30 cases are of the migrants coming to the city from other states, people are not getting cautious and following the prescribed criteria. Also, with little relief in the lockdown, the police are no longer treating people strictly. Some experts believe, if people still not care and follow the social distancing guidelines properly, then, the risk of infection may increase.
Last Sunday, Muzaffarpur reported the first three Corona positive cases. After which, there were three positive cases for 6 consecutive days. Then the total corona infected patients reached 30 in the district with 2, 5 and 5 positive cases being received on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

However, do note that all Corona Infected patients in Muzaffarpur so far are migrants and right now are living in quarantine centers.
Muzaffarpur District Magistrate Dr. Chandra Shekhar Singh has appealed all the citizens to follow the norms set by government and not to panic. All Positve patients found earlier have been shifted to COVID care center from the quarantine center. Also, from now on, new cases are directly being sent to the COVID care center.
