These districts are West Champaran, East Champaran, Sitamarhi, Sheohar, Muzaffarpur, Vaishali, Saran, Siwan, Gopalganj, Madhubani, Darbhanga, Samastipur, Begusarai, Khagaria, Saharsa, Supaul, Madhepura, Araria, Katihar, Purnia and Kishanganj.
