Back in June this year, we told you BSEB is planning to conduct the STET 2019-20 re-exam online. Beltron, on the other hand, is creating the online platform on which the exam is going to be conducted. Now, BSEB has released a Press Release 181/2020 in which they informed Bihar STET 2019-20 Re-Exam is going to be conducted online in between 9-21 September, 2020 by strictly following the social distancing norms amid this global pandemic. The Admit card, on the other hand, for the same exam is going to be released on August 25 on BSEB STET 2019-20 concerning website located at bsebstet2019.in. The BSEB, however, has said before releasing the admit card, we will inform about the same via another press release.
Bihar STET 2019-20 exam is conducted Online for the First Time
This is the first time BSEB is conducting the MCQ based STET examination online. Earlier, the same exam was conducted on January 28th this year at 300 examination centres in the state. However, following allegations of Paper Leak, Cheating and Unstructured Question paper, the inquiry committee decided to cancel the examination and to take the re-exam.
Bihar STET 2019-20 exam is going to be conducted continuously for 9 days
Thereafter, the global pandemic entered in the state and from then on it was believed the exam may going to be conducted online. Now, BSEB has informed the exam is going to be conducted continuously for 9 days starting September 9 to 21, 2020.
Over 2.4 lakh candidates appeared for the exam to get the STET certificate that in turn make them eligible to get teaching job in Bihar. The STET 2019-20 is happening in Bihar after a long gap of 8 years.

Amid this global pandemic, to conduct the examination with ease, the examination centers has been reportedly set up in 11 district. Below are the names of these 11 districts where the examination centers of Bihar STET 2020 exam have been set up.
