The Bihar School Examination board has made sent up exams compulsory for Class 10th and 12th students. They said only those candidates are allowed to appear in the Main exam who appear for the sent up exam.
The chairman of Bihar School Examination Board, Anand Kishore said, this year the question papers for the sent up exam has already been sent by the board to the school administration. Earlier, the question papers for the same exam were prepared by the school administration on their own. Through the sent up exam, the students get the idea of the papers.
The principal of Shastri Nagar high school said, more than 95% of their students had attended the sent up exam.
The board, on the other hand, has said students who are not able to pass the sent up exam are not allowed to write the main exam. The school administration has to prepare the result and send it to the district education office. The district education office, on the other hand, has to send the result to the Bihar School Examination Committee. Till November 24, all schools have to send the sent up exam results to the district education office.
