In a bid to help passengers easily reach the Terminal Building, the newly made Darbhanga Airport may soon get and will avail electric cars for passengers.
At present, no one is allowed to enter the Airforce campus inside which the newly made Darbhanga Airport is. Hence, passengers who have to take their flight from the Darbhanga Airport have to park their vehicles outside the Air Force Station and from there they have to walk to reach the terminal. That is really difficult while having heavy luggage or if the passenger is an oldie.
Looking at the same, the city DM, Shri Thiyagrajan has reportedly urged the Principal Secretary of Bihar Tourism Department to provide electric cars for passengers of Darbhanga Airport.
Well, those of you who don’t know, the Bihar Tourism Department has recently bought hundreds of electric cars to use in the state. For the same reason, the District Magistrate of Darbhanga has urged the Principal Secretary of Bihar Tourism Department to provide electric cars for Darbhanga Airport passengers.
