Bihar Build Women ITI Institutes in 21 Districts 

To give technical training to the women and not let them go outside for such training, the state government is building Industrial training institutes in each district.

The state government has successfully built these institutes in 21 districts whose names are listed below:

  • Begusarai
  • Munger
  • Sitamarhi
  • Buxar
  • Vaishali
  • Kishanganj
  • Sasaram (Rohtas)
  • Bhojpur
  • Bhabhua (Kaimur)
  • Katihar
  • Samastipur
  • Saharsa
  • Sheohar
  • Gopalganj
  • Nawada
  • Bettiah (West Champaran)
  • Sheikhpura
  • Madhubani
  • Banka
  • Nalanda
  • Siwan

One of the officials of the state’s building construction department said, we have handovered 17 out of these 21 newly built institutes to the labor resource department.

However, some construction work is remaining in 6 districts whose work is expected to complete before December.

We do the inspection from time to time to check the quality of work.

We are spending Rs 13-15 crore to construct one institute’s building.
