How to Check Bihar Ration Card Details Online (Steps)
Visit the official website epds.bihar.gov.in.
Click RC Details. It opens the Beneficiary Details page of the Aadhaar enabled Public Distribution System (AePDS).
Select the month and year, enter your ration card (RC) number and the captcha, then click Submit.
What changed: a notice on epds.bihar.gov.in says the RCMS and FPSMS services have been discontinued on that portal, and that ration card creation, splitting, adding or removing members and similar tasks now run on Smart PDS 2.0. We could not find a district-wise ration card list search on the portal, so this method needs your RC number.

Background (April 2020)
Amid COVID-19 outbreak in the country when all states are in lockdown, earlier this month, the Bihar Government announced to provide three months of free Ration that includes Food Grains and Pulses to all the Ration Cardholders in the state. After the announcement, a swarm of people applied for Ration Card, and now, finally, The Food and Consumer Protection department of Bihar has uploaded the list of new ration cardholders.
The 2020 steps (RCMS link, then district, tehsil and shopkeeper) and the 2020 depot and store counts have been removed because they are out of date.
