Bihar Government Examinations Fees Updated

The fees of different Bihar government examinations conducted by different commissions have been updated.

The decision has been taken to bring uniformity in fees.

Right now, different Bihar government-owned commissions conducting examinations in the state are as follows:

1. Bihar Staff Selection Commission
2. Bihar Technical Service Commission
3. Central Selection Board
4. Bihar State University Service Commission
5. Bihar Police Service Commission

From now on, for the general category, the preliminary examination fee of all the examinations conducted by the above commission will be Rs 600 and Rs 750 for the main examination.

For SC/ST, Reserved, or Unreserved category women, the prelims fee is now Rs 150 and Rs 200 for the mains examination.

Irrespective of the category, the candidates who are from outside of our state, for them, the prelims fee is now Rs 600, and the mains fee is Rs 750.

Fixed Honorarium For Employees Working For Commission

In addition of updating the examination fee for candidates, the state government has also fixed honorariums for the employees who are working for the commission beyond their office period. Like overtime or working on Sundays or Holidays.

I am talking about those employees who are evaluating or scrutinizing the answer sheet, application forms, academic marks, and so on.
